The targeted questions: What are ways teachers can gain access to community resources (human & material)? How can we make sense of this for mathematics teaching and learning?

Does a Teacher’s Race Affect College Enrollment?

From Math Education Smartbrief: Black students who were taught by at least two black teachers by third grade were 32% more likely to go to college than peers who did not encounter black teachers, according to a Johns Hopkins University study.
